• Discovery, Design, and Implementation of both business and technical solutions utilising the PS portfolio.• Maintain 100% compliance to the PS Process.• Work in partnership with the PS Project Management Team and assist in the production of technical documentation.• Complete installation and deployment activities in a timely and efficient manner.• Participate in the product and technical training of the pre and post sales teams to assist in team development.• Assist the Ricoh Technical Support teams in resolving post-install technical issues. • Create, review, and approve project documentation of final implementation.• Carry out unspecified tasks from time to time as required by the business to meet business needs• Maintain a high level of knowledge in relation to trends and developments in the IT Solutions and Document Management marketplaces• Successful deployment of PS solutions to our customers.• Ensure that customer satisfaction is exceeded and installations are carried out in an efficient and professional manner.• Fault diagnosis and rectification of post-install issues.
