I began my career as an intern ranger in the Dja Biosphere Reserve, where I assisted in anti-poaching patrols and wildlife monitoring missions. Later, I served as a Community Development Intern with the Cameroon Wildlife Conservation Society (CWCS). In 2021, I joined Alternatives Durables pour le Développement (ADD), a Cameroonian development association. For three years, I held the position of Project Assistant, coordinating and driving impactful initiatives. These included the promotion of youth socio-professional integration into agropastoral value chains, improving access to potable water and sanitation, and advancing agroecology and sustainable forest management through education and awareness campaigns. This in partnership with esteemed organizations such as ARCS Italy, the GEF Small Grants Programme, GIZ (ProFE), Brot für die Welt, Via Don Bosco, OIF, the Italian Episcopal Conference, the Audemars Piguet Foundation, the Roncali International Foundation, Fondation Gertrude Hirzel, Fondation Sauvain Petitpierre, Micro-Recyc Cooperation, and others.I hold a Senior Forestry Diploma and a Bachelor’s degree in Oceanography and Aquatic Ecosystem Management. Additionally, I have earned multiple certifications and completed online courses, enhancing my expertise in conservation and sustainable development. My most recent qualification is a certification as an Advisor in Fundraising and Partnership Management for CSOs from the University of Senghor, Egypt. I am also certified as a Grant Writer for Wildlife Conservation by WildTeam UK.My professional development includes participation in internships and workshops with renowned conservation organizations, including the Zoological Society of London and Veterans for Wildlife. I have also engaged in programs such as the Man and Biodiversity Program, further solidifying my skills and commitment to biodiversity conservation and sustainable resource management.This journey reflects my unwavering commitment to humanitarian efforts, community-driven sustainable development, and biodiversity conservation. I find fulfillment in designing and implementing impactful initiatives that address human needs, tackle environmental and biodiversity challenges, and foster sustainable development. Leveraging my expertise in grant writing and project management, I strive to secure resources, build strategic partnerships, and implement transformative projects. My ultimate goal is to harmonize scientific innovation with community engagement, ensuring a sustainable coexistence between people and nature for generations to come.
