I am currently Chief Financial Officer at a multi billion dollar family officeMy experience includes various roles in the CFO/COO function at hedge funds and major investment banks.As the Chief Financial Officer at Caxton Associates, I led an international team responsible for the company’s Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Credit functions. My expertise in strategic modelling, budgeting and forecasting, and cost analysis is key to the success of the business. The results include significant reduction in costs and streamlining of operations.I joined Caxton in 2014 and have since played a pivotal role in a strategic buy-in deal and partnership negotiations, as well as a significant fund restructuring. Additionally, I designed and built the firm’s Treasury and Credit management platform.I managed all Finance functions including Fund Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Tax reporting, Treasury and Credit. I also oversee the operations of the Fund’s administrator, auditors, tax providers and other service providers. I was a member of the firm’s Operating Committee and chair the Valuation Committee.Before joining Caxton, I was CFO of UBS’s flagship Equities business and the SNB Stabfund Investment Management Group. Prior to UBS, I was CFO of Coast Asset Management. Throughout my career I have spearheaded strategic projects and systems implementations. I started my career in the Assurance Group of PriceWaterhouseCoopers in the United Kingdom where I qualified as a Chartered Accountant before taking on various financial control roles in the Investment Banking industry.I was also Chief Operating Officer at CaaS Capital Management where I was responsible for Finance, Operations and HR and was a member of the Management Committee.
