I head up the PKF-Francis Clark VAT, Indirect Tax & Customs team responsible for dealing with VAT and indirect tax issues, following the merger of Princecroft Willis Ltd and Francis Clark on the 1st April 2016.We undertake the full spectrum of activity, from basic compliance and efficiency management, through to complex planning and dispute resolution. Our team covers a wide and diverse range of industry sectors, in particular specialising in land & property, marine and not-for-profit.Additionally, we also act in a VAT advisory capacity for the British Marine Federation and are active members of the Bournemouth Property Association.Our approach is to take it back to basics, understand who is doing what, for whom, when, where and for how much - first we make it right, then we make it better.
