I generally see things from a long-range perspective, and I am usually successful at identifying plans to turn problems around. I see these possibilities as challenges to be surmounted, and enjoy this kind of environment very much. I believe that if action can improve an item or a situation then it ought to be taken, and I can always be found in the midst of such action, organizing, planning and leading the way forward until the best result possible has been realized. I enjoy being in a leadership role and able to quickly grasp complex issues. I have an ability to absorb a large amount of impersonal information, and make quick and decisive judgments.
