The organisation employees approximately 250 people and the core business is in manufacturing of Bi-Carb and Soda Ash but extends to crushed lime based materials. Penrice currently supplies into numerous markets but is a key player in the chemical, glass manufacturing, mining, civil & construction and FMCG manufacturing markets.My position is part of the management and leadership team for the quarry operation based at Angaston. My key responsibilities relate to the management of revenue and commercial aspects for the quarry business. In this function I am also responsible for the business development and creation / implementing of marketing strategies.

Shell Australia is a diverse operation and my position was part of the Sales & Marketing arm of the business that manages the route to market strategy and promotes and markets the Shell brand in Australia.My position was diversified and encompassed all areas of revenue and commercial management. This included sales and marketing, coaching and development, project management, strategy development and business planning. My direct report was to the Cluster Shell Card Manager Oceania but also reported to the General Manager of Downstream Business Australia on strategic projects I was responsible for managing and delivering.

As a paper packaging supplier Detmold operates in three key markets: Industrial / Manufacturing Packaging, Retail Packaging and Food Grade / Consumable Packaging.My position reported to the National Sales and Marketing Manager and was part of the Industrial side of the business. This part of the business had a focus on national and international manufacturers and developing packaging solutions for numerous product applications.
