I also recognised the need for, introduced and developed, an infrastructure architecture capability with supporting processes and recruited a number of key personnel. In addition; my team facilitated “Day 1” connectivity and integration of key systems between Alliance and Leicester, Abbey National and Santander sites in the UK and Spain.
