[Data Analytics, Management Consulting, Scrum]➡️ What I did?- Developed market trackers, sales forecasts, and standardized KPIs for performance tracking.- Implemented process improvements using Alteryx.- Analyzed market dynamics and managed market research projects to provide senior management with actionable insights.- Prepared product launches, successfully bringing two new products to market.➡️ Who did I work with?Collaborated with various departments within the Therapeutic Area Hematology, including marketing, sales force, medicine and the Therapeutic Area Head. In my role, I was also a member of the crossfunctional hematology leadership team.➡️ Why did I do this?I aimed to drive data-driven decision-making within the organization and enhance our ability to launch and market products effectively, thereby improving patient outcomes and organizational performance.➡️ Special success stories?I successfully launched two new products, exceeding the expected market penetration targets within the first quarter of launch.
