Managed the post production facilities and workflow for the Australian division of the RACAT group; Northern Pictures, Northern Pictures KIDS, RACAT Post, and ZooMoo.Worked with networks and production companies globally, on productions and co-productions. Responsible for expanding the Post Production facility and workflows from an initial two Final Cut Pro suites to 18 AVID suites, plus online, grading and sound facilities.I oversaw the transition to shared storage, as well as facilitating the delivery of our first 4k deliverables.I developed workflows and procedures to allow a scale increase from less than six hours of programming a year to more than one hundred hours.Working with the CFO, I developed financial models to demonstrate ROI on new equipment purchases.I liaised with all parties of the production process, from camera operators in the field, through to senior management to ensure we maintained the lowest expenditure for the maximum efficiency possible.
