A part 145 technical trainer teaching a variety of recurrent and initial training courses for Jet2.com Engineers. Courses ranging from Human Factors Training, Borescope Techniques Training, Confined Spaces Training, MEWPs demonstrator training on 3A and 3B type platforms, First Aid at work training, Regulatory courses and many more besides. I am also TAQA qualified carrying out assessing duties for Jet2.com Engineering Apprentices for their NVQ3 portfolios, whilst also studying for my IQA qualification. I currently hold Module 15 Gas Turbines and Module 17 Propellers at A license and Module 10 Aviation Legislation at B License.

Shift Technician tasked to maintain and ensure the functionality of 20 injection moulding machines and associated equipment.

I worked with the QCIT team on squadron, dealing with continuous improvement and flight safety amongst other tasks. Led meetings with higher management about ongoing continuous improvement projects. Controlled COSHH and Risk assessments and ensured they were fit for purpose and reviewed in a timely manner. Carried out induction training for new arrivals to the squadron.

I worked on a eurofighter typhoon aircraft involved in the day to day handling of aircraft, whether that be flight servicing and line handling to the rectification of aircraft faults. As a frontline squadron, it involved having to be very adaptable and reactive to a variety of issues which could range from maintenance of aircraft for training flights to live aircraft in matters of national security. As a mechanical tradesman, I was involved with hydraulics, flight control systems, engines, fuel systems, environmental control systems and undercarriage systems. Working on these systems amongst differing teams working on differing avionics and weapons systems allowed me to develop brilliant teamworking skills.
