Make assessment ofrisk to self and others and refer back patients to GPs if they are deemed to be at risk. - Working to the stepped care model to provide the least intrusive and most appropriate level of care to meet the needs of the person. Provide a range of information and support for evidence-based high volume low-intensity psychological treatments. This includes guided self-help, Silvercloud and group interventions. This work may be face to face, online or on the telephone.- Co-ordinate and liaise between different staff groups across iCope including, admin teams,, High Intensity Therapists and Employment Advisors.- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation, national and local policies and procedures in relation to Mental Health, Primary Care and the IAPT agenda.
