Support contractor covering First Second and Third line support for both servers and end users. I currently support 40 - 45 end users in a mixed Windows and OSX environment. I support all aspects of the systems including File Shares, Backups, Active Directory, Exchange, Deployment and Upgrades for both hardware and Software.As the only member of IT I advise on new tech and software. I am responsible for locating suppliers and providing recommendations and quotes for approval.
