For this assignment I was responsible for reviewing procedures, processes and reports and providing guidance as well as participation in Indian government meetings as an independent observer for the Tapti decommissioning project offshore the Indian sub-continent. I was also responsible for providing advice for decommissioning several installations and pipelines in the Adriatic Sea.

In Sri Lanka, places visited included Colombo, Kandy, Newara Elyia and Galle. (Northern Sri Lanka was essentially out of bounds).
