SDS LONDON | Supplying Architectural Hardware to Residential and Commercial Projects. - Completed training as a Locksmith 1997.- Worked on the trade counter at SDS where I developed and progressed the master keying department.- Completed and received my Diploma for the Guild of Architectural Ironmongers in 2005.- Promoted to the sales & specification office in 2006 generating schedules for large commercial & domestic projects.- Became manager. Involved in all aspects of the day to day running of the company.- in June 2013 I moved our sales team to our warehouse at Wandsworth common and now manage the goods in/out department as well, with a combined team of 14 colleagues. This change has allowed me to streamline our order processing, despatch & goods in procedures giving us the capacity to increase sales, profit & service without increasing our overheads.- Jan 2016 relocated to 13,000 sq ft warehouse for goods in/out, accounts office and finally merging the two sales offices giving SDS capability to become more efficient and able to further expand. - Feb 2016 became Sales Director. Always looking for new challenges and goals.Could never just do a 9-5 job. Driven and always pushing to do more
