Main achievements were:- Completed a long-standing project to provide Health, Safety & Environment incident collection & reporting, substantially reducing labour input.- Created several new and innovative reporting solutions for Occupational Health & Safety and Human Resources reporting using a combination of Mincom MIMS ERP System data extracts and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.- Implementing MIMS Claims (Workers Compensation) module to replace legacy system and ensure WorkCover self-insurer compliance.- Several projects to collect and report costing of work using MIMS Project and Work Order modules.- Researched, recommended and implemented the COBIT IT Governance platform throughout the IT function of the company.
