I have had over 40 years experience in the real estate industry specialising in the sale of Prime Country Houses in Kent.I have been lucky enough to sell the first £2m, £3m, £4m and £5m houses in East Kent.Some of my most satisfying sales have not been of large country houses but the many and varied vernacular cottages and farmhouses for which Kent is so well known.Having a long coastline some of my best sales have been of house with direct sea views or beach frontageWhen I am not in the office I am actively involved as a member of the London Symphony Chorus, We give regular concerts in the Barbican with the LSO and tour with them in Europe and the US.
