Further responsibilities include overseeing the preparation of internal analysis and reporting (including Board of Directors reports, executive management reports), deciding on key accounting matters, M&A analytical support, ensuring co-ordination and compliance of regionally based finance teams, and treasury/capital management analysis.

This management role was responsible for the co-ordination of global financial reporting and treasury. This encompasses accounting, reporting, tax and treasury work streams and projects including:- Preparation of Annual Financial Reporting- Nufarm acquisition of European product portfolio (over US$500m)- Issuance of high yield bond into US 144A market- Implementation and maintenance of global supplier financing program- Implementation and maintenance of global securitisation program- Oversight and review of regional financing programs including jurisdictions Brazil, Europe and Singapore- Implementation of new accounting standards across global business- Management of regional finance teams to ensure timely completion of monthly reporting, forecasting and budgeting

During transitional period for the European business, appointed as Acting Regional Financial Controller. Accountable for Regional reporting and finance teams during transitional period that included the integration of a new product portfolio following acquisition in March 2018, continued roll-out of a new Oracle ERP throughout the European region and the embedding of record to report processes throughout the business. European business incorporates over 15 countries, approx. 900 staff and over $1 billion in revenues.
