Whilst working for Diagonal, I firstly worked for and later managed, their IT Recruitment business - Marshall Wilkins. I was fortunate to be able to work with some great people and work closely with some of the worlds' biggest blue chip companies, from initial contact and successful sale of our recruitment services through to the delivery of major resourcing projects.At Diagonal I ultimately became responsible for running an independent business within a flourishing PLC. The main skills that I learned were focussed around project management and technology as well as gaining a wide range of finance, legal and operational experience to compliment my sales and recruitment skills.
