At Ramon Hygiene we have a strong belief that the customer is 'King'. As a business we work hard to please our customers and if possible exceed their expectations. This is not always possible and we believe we can always improve upon what we do on a daily basis. If there are issues we look to react and find a solution to the problem as quickly as possible.We enjoy business from over 1200 customers which provides us with a turnover of £15M across a broad range of products for cleaning both at home and in the commercial sector. This provides employment for around 100 staff based at our offices and factory in Leicester. I see my position and duty to ensure we have enough incoming business to support our employees, whilst keeping our customer base happy and providing them with quality products and a service they can expect.
