I'm just normal guy who (quite unexpectedly!) met Jesus Christ while finishing up my last year at university around mid Nov of '99. Having spent a good portion of my childhood at church on Sundays, I was certain that this encounter with Jesus would most assuredly mark the beginning of a new life of boredom and bad taste in anything to do with being alive. I was wrong. God got ahold of my heart, shattered about every false pretence and religious stereotype that I had bought in to, and then proceeded to lure me into the adventure of a lifetime! I've seen the world, witnessed miracles, married the most beautiful woman on the planet, and have not even begun to slow down. As of late, the Lord has been leading us to begin the very exciting (and terrifying) process of 'planting' a church back in my home state of California. So that's our objective, or our dream, as I prefer to think of it. That is, God is calling us to establish a church full of normal people - believers and skeptics alike - who together, are growing as disciples of Jesus in a way that provokes the world around us to pause and ask, WHO IS THIS JESUS?! AND WHAT COMPELS YOU TO LIVE SUCH SELFLESS, JOY-FILLED LIVES?!
