Current job role as a operations .I have acted in this role at a hub site and distribution centre and also as a cluster operations manager Proud of playing my part of one of the worlds leading parcel distribution companies.I worked myself up from a 18 years old from a warehouse operative to a driver and then into management. I began as a PM manager in charge of a multi million pound site and managing a team of warehouse operatives.Then progressed in to a C&D shift manager which role I am currently in. I know manage a much larger team of drivers and office staff. In this role is ranges from staff planning based upon volume against cost . Making sure customer service is maintained whilst hitting cost targets. Dealing with staff issues from health and safety to disciplinary action.I am dedicated to learning on a daily basis not standing still with my developing my skill set and progressing in my career.
