Full management of on site CCTV system and remote site monitoring.Provision of staff training on H&S practices for site along with procedures for Fire alarms, including monitoring and testing.Ensuring onsite maintenance of all machinery.Liaising with members of staff at all levels to ensure staff welfare.Management and direction of onsite handyman to identify any building issues and rectify.Deal with suppliers for maintenance to building to achieve cost effective solutions.Work with local businesses and general public when visiting the site to ensure site safety.Responsible for procurement of any and all office supplies and maintenance of server and computer systems on site, including till management. Part of Health and Safety committee for site and responsible for ensuring accurate records.Dealing with all fire drills, water testing, fire extinguishers and servicing.
