Line management of 10 reconciliations specialists.

• Responsible for 21 members of staff including 3 Team Managers, working independently for one of the largest UK Fund Managers.• Production on a daily basis of 144 Pension Fund prices distributed externally to Stock Exchange, with severe tight deadlines and financial penalties for failure to meet SLA Requirements. • Ability to organise others effectively within a highly pressured environment where accuracy of information was of paramount importance.• Ensure client's tight reporting deadline is adhered to whilst maintaining quality and accuracy of data. Maintain the service level of the team which is the top quartile of client's assessment.• Dedicated support provided to Relocation Programme of circa 700 Roles for London to Manchester.

• Managed all day to day aspects of leading the team. Team consisted of 9 Settlement Clerks. The team were responsible for ensuring the Bank’s internal and external banking accounts are in order. • Managed all staff through probationary and annual review periods, ensuring reports were completed at the end of such periods.
