Simon has joined the Primas team to expand their already impressive commercial offering to include development and real estate and with this expansion comes a new Manchester office.Simon delivers expert legal and commercial solutions for developers delivering large scale residential housing schemes, mixed use developments and green energy plant and photo voltaic arrays. He also provides specialist advice relating to planning agreements required to achieve a successful grant. Simon’s wider experience extends to general commercial property advice and landlord and tenant matters (whether acting for landlords or tenants).
