MHCLG Open Digital Planning Programme DeliveryProject management of Eat Hampshire District Council's move to digitsation of Planning Data through Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government funded improvement funding. Implementation of Digital Planning Maturity Assessment outcomes including development of Results & Action Plan Provide programme and risk management to the Regeneration and Prosperity directorate to include programme planning encompassing a wide variety of large scale projects.

Hampshire

Responsibilities include:Programme Management reporting for overall programme with East Hampshire District Council, Homes and Communities Agency, Ministry of Defence, Hampshire County CouncilRisk management and monitoring Financial management of programme for East Hampshire District CouncilSite management of refurbished building including Ex-MoD Firestation, Eco-house and Eco-terrace. Project Management including setting budgets and agreeing project time scales and deadlines. Chairing monthly internal and external progress meetings including gateway review processesQuarterly Audit and Review of projects to ensure delivery in accordance with Government funding guidelines Quarterly review of project management documentation Point of contact for project management communications between the consultants and the project team. Project reporting to ensure that all milestones are achieved within the agreed timeframes and risks are managed effectivelyEnsuring effective quality control processes are in place to monitor deliverables produced. Maintaining client relationships. Overseeing community projectsEnsuring that projects conform to PRINCE2 methodology and required standards. Conducting regular impact analysis in order to assess the consequences of the project deliverables on other sections of the businessUndertaking Public consultation including coordination and database managementManaging Project Support Coordinator in keeping accurate administrative records of expenditure, accounting, costing and billing

Responsible for coordinating and communicating a DCLG Beacon award programme given to EHDC for Affordable Housing and Waste and Recycling. The success of the Beacon award programme at EHDC lead to further funding for work into fuel poverty for the Affordable Housing theme and a Waste and Recycling toolkit for the Waste and Recycling theme.
