Service Events and Exhibitions is the event delivery arm of Service Graphics and is a full service creative production agency focusing on live communications channels designed to engage audiences, promote companies and deliver ideas.Reporting to the Events Director I was responsible for managing the largest client account and developing other existing accounts.

For 30 years, W&O Event Management has been delivering world-class events for national and international clients across the business spectrum. In 2012, we delivered over 160 meetings and events in 50 countries around the world – looking after 14,000 delegates in the process. Working on the largest client account and reporting to the Managing Director, I am responsible for process and template improvement using my experience of managing pharmaceutical meetings from Ad Boards, Monitor and Investigator Meetings to Sales Conferences ensuring that each element remains compliant to client guidelines and per country regulations.I managed my own client customer meetings including Investigator and Brand Meetings.

Following the successful gain of a major Pharma account I moved from events to congress and headed up the Congress Team of x13.In 2011 and 2012 the team hit re-forecasted targets and were on track to repeat the success in 2013 when I left.In recognition of the team's success I was made the winner of Zibrant's Got Talent 2011 (Employee of the Year).

Zibrant is a multi award winning global venue finding & event management agency.Reporting to the Head of Operations I supported with the strategic management of Zibrant business with a major Pharma client.I managed and developed a team of x5 Event Managers and x4 Project Executives whilst managing my own large sales meetings.AchievementsWhen I joined in January 2010 I was given 9 weeks to deliver an internal x1200 delegate, 2 week sales conference in Monte Carlo. After x1 BA strike, x1 snow storm, a marathon, a French general strike and the resurfacing of the main road the event was a success and in total, x400 separate meetings were booked and managed, 40,000 covers and over x5000 bed nights.The client was so impressed they then challenged me to deliver a similar event in Tenerife for their customers and again with a 9 week lead time. The total budget was €3 million Euros and was reconciled correctly within the 56 day deadline.

The Pfizer Event Management team evolved into a more strategic focused department within procurement however my strengths are more within operations so looking for a role that maximises my expertise I joined Pfizer Inc. US in a newly created role as sole Programme Manager located in Europe. I spearheaded a cost cutting exercise as I managed US funded programmes that took place in Europe. The main responsibilities mirrored that of my previous role as Account Manager but I planned, advised and directed spend into Europe using my 16 years experience of hotels, Destination Management Companies and other leading industry vendors.

Right Angle Partners create, market and run seminars for the Pension Fund and Investment Industry.Although only three years old Right Angle Partners were a leader in high quality networking events which regularly took place in South Africa, Scandinavia, the UK and other European Destinations. Reporting to Managing Directors I managed the London Office from where I created and managed the company seminars.
