Contracted to Ithaca Energy as Production Operations Superintendent on the Stella Project.After spending 5 years on in-depth design and construction including HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, BAT, operations procedures, client rep for FAT amongst others before towing to field, anchor installation, riser pull-in, final commissioning and first oil. Site locations included the design house in Woking and India with construction in Gdansk. FAT involved numerous locations worldwide locations. Continued for a further period as client rep for snagging before moving to ADIL.

Contracted to Ithaca Energy as Production Operations Superintendent since January 2012 for their major North Sea development, the 'Stella' project. All encompassing role including decommissioning the donor semi-submersible facility, development of the new topsides design, model reviews, HAZOP, SIL, commissioning, establishing a robust relationship with the Duty Holder, ensuring the effective management of the Duty Holder contract.
