Leading Student Engagement with the association, across student-led Clubs and Societies, and Student Representation platforms.

• Direct responsibility of the budget, with income in excess of £450,000.• Designated Premises Supervisor with responsibility of overseeing staff holding Personal Licenses. Responsibility for ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed as well as making sure all licensing objectives are being adhered to in accordance with Licensing laws and the Union’s policies. • Recruitment and training new members of staff, corresponding with HR procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with all procedures relating to the venue, including health and safety, food hygiene and coaching. This includes the delivery and sourcing of specialist training courses.• Direct Line Management of one career staff and up to 100 student staff. • As part of the Venues Senior Management Team, responsible for developing policy related to the licensed trade areas, with specific responsibility for financial performance reporting and stock control. This includes development and maintenance of Epos systems across all commercial sites.• Working with colleagues in the Finance Team to develop reporting tools and procedures in order to monitor and improve performance of the Commercial Services Directorate (combined income in excess of £1.2m)• Strategic development of the commercial services at Guys campus, with particular focus of core aims of Customer Service and Student Led Services. This includes working with senior management on setting budget targets based on strategic plans.

• Responsible for day-to-day management of the Chalfont St Giles campus bars.• Responsible for security of all stock and assets, including ensuring protocols were adhered to at all times.· Assisted in the planning, promotion, organisation and delivery of venue operations and services, including entertainments/events, conferences and parties.· Networking directly with the other members of the venues team as well as other teams in the institution including elected student officers and student committees.

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of the South Kensington and Charing Cross bars.• Leading and motivating large teams to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the venue.• Maintaining high levels of customer service standards at all times.
