In the 4 years here my teams revenue grew from £1.9 million to £3.6 million. The growth was from a combination of account management and new business, and the development of a very stable team.During my time here only 5 people chose to leave my team - and 3 of them decided to come back!I developed one of the team into a management role, and this individual is now sales director at a well respected events company

Revenue grew by 60% YoY in my first full year in the business and grew between 10-20% every year after that.For 6 months (due to a colleagues illness) I was managing an additional team, totalling 14 people, with combined revenues of £4.6 million. This represented 15% YoY growth.
