Upon joining Deloitte, I became part of the Post Merger Integration (PMI) practice, contributing to the Bank Igud and Bank Mizrahi-Tefahot merger. My role equipped me with skills in M&A strategy, large company dynamics, banking infrastructures, risk mitigation, and C-level interactions. Following the successful completion of the Bank Mizrahi-Tefahot PMI project, I transitioned within Deloitte to join the Business Planning Practice at the Financial Advisory department. Through close collaboration with C-level executives at client companies and extensive market research, I excelled in crafting impactful business plans, formulating comprehensive business and go-to-market strategies, and constructing financial models for start-ups and early-stage companies. Additionally, I played a pivotal role as a key team player with the management team at Deloitte, contributing to the establishment of a new consulting practice through research and relationship building.Post-Deloitte, I joined SOSA as a Senior Research Associate, consulting clients in formulating business challenges solvable with cutting-edge technology solutions. My responsibilities include scouting industries for potential technology solutions, conducting deep-dive analyses, and creating comprehensive implementation strategies for various technology solutions.Before my tenure at Deloitte, I co-founded The Apex Capital, successfully raising funds from investors to build a EUR 2 million real estate portfolio focused on high-yielding, short-term rental units. Notably, my leadership skills navigated the company through the challenges of the Covid-19 period.Originally from Belgium, Europe, I moved to Israel in 2013. I hold a degree in Business Management from the Jerusalem College of Technology and completed a course in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Fluent in English, Dutch, French, and Hebrew, I also possess working knowledge in German.
