Responsible for the planning and project management of a wide range of restructuring and transitional activities for the companys' clients. Restructuring activities incorporated the transfer of insurance portfolios between entities (Part VII transfer), establishing new authorised insurance entities and the purchase and sale of portfolios and entities. Transition projects covered a range of requirements up to full new client transitions including systems and data migration, resourcing and outsourcing and integrating new business processes.Each of these company objectives were worked on as projects where my responsibility extended through leading all stages of the project from initiation into planning and execution through to closure and appropriate handover to the relevant business owners. The final six months of my employment were focused on transitioning out all of the portfolios owned or managed by the company to new service providers as part of the company closure plan. I was successfully able to manage the overlapping transition of 9 distance portfolios, including data and systems, staff and knowledge transfer. The successful completion of these transitions to the planned timing enabled the company to proceed with its closure strategy.

Providing project management support and administration to ensure project complies with Project Management Practice and Compliance.Maintenance of project definition documents, project budget, communication plan, project plan, risk analysis and action logs, status reporting, management and administration of project team meetings. Provision of test co-ordination expertise and testing/reconciliation support for new functional development and data migration relating to the project.

Co-ordinated the approach to multiple new business opportunities, from a lead or invitation to tender stage, through due diligence, to production of proposal and operational implementation of new business. Often project managing the new business tender process working with senior members of the organisation.Managed marketing research projects, a corporate re-branding and large scale corporate entertainment events.Redesigned the corporate procedures for the development of new business proposals. The process was formerly fragmented and tended to lack ownership with a wide range of resources across the organisation involved in such tasks. Introduced procedures, and a management tool to ensure the new business process can be monitored and tracked, ensuring quality proposals are issued and new business smoothly implemented.
