-Work closely with board directors and committees to assess and address issues affecting the organization.- Oversee daily operations of the organization, providing executive direction for program strategies and efficiencies, compliance, and quality assurance.- Identify and address staffing requirements for efficient operations, and maintain a strong work culture that attracts and retains people while driving the organization’s mission.- Support the implementation of adolescent sexual and reproductive health program activities including training, supervision, mentoring, development of tools, revision of guidelines and building strategic partnerships with clinical and management staff at all levels.

- Provide mentorship to junior researchers and graduate students and assist in academic activities.- Engage in global health professional development opportunities such as workshops, seminars, and training sessions.- Develop key high-value global research linkages and seek national and international research grant opportunities to sustain and enhance the research being conducted.

Conduct assessment in the health system, community-based organizations including youth and women led organizations, the judiciary system, the gender equality initiatives at the government and community level to establish the power mapping, identify power holders and possible opportunities for engagement.

- Coordinate and provides technical support to organisation members in North Kivu.- Organize targeted community mobilization and awareness sessions to ensure uptake of targeted health services and ensure program sexual and reproductive health inormation and services are met.- Engage community members, adolescents and youths and ensure their health service delivery gaps/challenges are identified and addressed to increase uptake including dialogues, health action days and community scorecards deployment• Develop and deploy social behaviour change interventions using CHPs, radio programmes and other specialized delivery channels for health promotion and prevention initiatives

- Support the National Coordinator in coordinating concept notes and project proposals and ensure their timely submission.- Develop and implement capacity building plans for the project target audience.- Improve and develop communication material for the organization such as annual reports, posters, magazines, brochure.- Ensures effective project resources (both financial and materials) utilization.- Initiate and maintain partnerships and networks with national and county stakeholders for coordination and harmonizing SRHR interventions for young people.

- Serve as a resource person and provide technical input and direction in the areas of adolescent and reproductive health to the different areas of the Project.- Develop and maintain relationships within the Districts, KIU-WC and partners to foster productive collaboration towards accomplishment of Project’s strategic objectives.- Participate in the different national working groups on adolescent sexual and reproductive health.
