In this role I oversee the operational & user support for the Electronic Point-of-Sale (EPOS) system and associated software applications, ensuring they are fully maintained and monitored during operational hours. I work as part of a team managing and escalating incidents, changes and the software development lifecycle planning activities by working closely with both IT and business teams as well as internal and external customers and service providers.

In this role I supplied high end technical support to a number of clients throughout the UK and further afield. I supported in supply our clients with software and hardware support but focusing on the Retail Pro environment.Retail Pro International, LLC is a leading global provider of Point of Sale, Store Operations, Merchandising, Business Intelligence, and Multi-channel software applications. This work has included repairing hardware on desktops and mobile devices, as well as dealing with software issues of many types. This work included a wide customer base across both businesses and domestic households.
