About Simon Blench

Helping training & HR managers save money on quality compliance training, delivered by experience at a time to suit youI have been involved in training for over 25 years in various roles. I created a new business in Cornwall which is proving to be successful. As the quality director, I have achieved approved awarding body status with Qualsafe, HABC, SQA and the MCA along with ISO 9001:2015. I have mentored new trainers, assessors and verifiers and develops excellent working relationships with both staff and clients. Simon's experience has been in training lifeguards, and rescue boat crews, Maritime STCW 95, Pre Hospital care and first aid, Customer Service, Health & Safety, Team Leading and Management. I keep my skills up, by working in Search and Rescue as a Coastguard Rescue Officer, as well as an ambulance responder . I believe training should be fun but relevant, along with being dedicated to customer relationships to grow the business.
