Design issue? etc.)• Find a cost effective solution and liaison with supplier, deciding DV & PV test requirements, negotiate PPAP dates and schedule run @ rates• Implementation of agreed scenario through WERS while liaising with affected attributes• Requesting and presenting supplier quotes and gaining financial approval at higher level management meetings• Follow up with supplier to deliver @ promised PPAP and follow up with plant to schedule functional build to verify plant is ready for full capacity at production quality• Generating new "Total Value Management" (TVM) ideas to reduce costs within ongoing production through bench marking, staying up to date with latest technologies and finding more cost effective components with no/minimal quality decrease.• Further developing and planning of TVM ideas, calculating business case and total cost saves on global platform products• Build planning from scratch to support VP, TT or PP builds and achieve important milestones and verify tools and products within upcoming programs to allow for the successful launch of a new vehicle
