• Probably the work I've done that I'm the proudest of doing. I've done missions in Italy, Gabon, Liberia, and Peru.My responsibilities:
• Provisioning for the ship for long times at sea.
• Menu planning, writing, and preparation.
• Cleaning, housekeeping, and organizing
• Woodwork, Metalwork, and ship maintenanceAchievements:
• We arrested many vessels illegally poaching in the seas off Africa and Peru.

• Since 2007 I've worked in the South of Europe, South East Asia, the East Coast USA, and throughout the Caribbean Islands.My responsibilities:
• Provisioning for all onboard.
• Menu planning, writing, and preparation for up to 30 people.
• Organizing with the team with all our different schedules and needs with the Boss.Achievements:
• Working under extreme pressure.
• Provisioning in different languages, cultures, and remote places.
