I improved site monitoring, project management and overview processes enabling the sign-off of projects within 10% of original projected cost, down from an average of over 20%. I redeveloped the contractual framework for the routine maintenance programme, covering road maintenance, vegetation control, street-lighting and facilities management, liaising with the Client and Employer’s Project Manager to ensure buy-in and a united approach to strategic development. I was also able to reduce the routine maintenance programme cost by 10% through monitoring measures to increase efficiencies, improve workflow and develop partnership insights.Proactive in driving timelines for completion, I have a track record of delivering 80% of projects within one week of revised completion dates and 95% within four weeks. Dispute management is a strength of mine, and I have successfully defended against four major disputes with £2 million at risk, following extensive case analysis, rebuttal development and clear presentation at adjudication. I have developed clear, meticulous and thorough technical arguments to inform the Principles of Defence for the legal team in 3 contractual and procedural challenges at the High Court, all judged in our favour.
