I have experienced working in a variety of occupational settings, primarily in the hospitality and leisure industries. My sporting background focused on improving athletic performances through the applications of psychology, physiology and biomechanical principles and techniques. I began working in Occupational Health in 2019. My strong analytical skills, attention to detail and decision-making skills made me ideal for occupational health. I am an intelligent and thoughtful person who is proficient at conducting health surveillance. In early 2021, I established myself as the company’s first aid trainer. Since then, I have delivered an array of first aid courses, taking pleasure in the fact I'm providing people with knowledge and skills that could potentially save a life.
