Key responsibilities include:- Identifying training needs within the Operations team through job analysis and regular consultation with key stakeholders around the organisation- Design and deliver blended training programmes based on the organisation’s needs - Design, develop and manage the Operations induction programme- Produce a wide variety of training.

- Deliver core national development solutions - including residential workshops focus groups and 1-2-1 sessions dependant on Operational needs. - Act as a source of expertise in all key development areas, mentoring new and existing leaders to help drive success across 13 areas. - Facilitate and support International training programmes - Provide on the job.

- Managing a team of 30 employees and 4 managers day to day, whilst also building and developing their potential through Performance Reviews and PDPs- Recruitment, selection and training of the team including management. -Accountability to successfully manage a Profit & Loss for my restaurant working towards and maintaing successful KPI’s on a Balanced.

The role of an Area Trainer & District Training Co-ordinator involved:- Conducting LNA’s for 13 stores providing solutions to fit business needs- Providing company inductions fortnightly for new employees for the area- The recruitment and training of Staff Trainers- Attending and conducting one to one development meetings for each staff trainer- Generating.
