As Service Operations Manager I am responsible for supervising, leading, managing and developing UDI’s service department. Responsible for driving client satisfaction and departmental efficiency by ensuring that client issues are addressed timely and appropriately. Achieved by hosting on-going staff meetings with the service team, developing processes and exploring best practices to improve service delivery, monitoring and managing key business metrics for the department, and managing the development of the service team skillsets.Working closely with UDI’s Sales Team to ensure client expectations are being met and escalated service requests are prioritized appropriately. Additionally, I serve as part of the Leadership Team and work closely with management to ensure that UDI’s overall business goals are met.

Consistently exceeding company’s sales and activities goals by building lasting customer relationships; tracking productivity metrics and adjusting activity accordingly. Work to acquire new business by prospecting for new customers in assigned territory while leveraging relationships with UDI partners and key industry partners. Managing existing client relationships to ensure their business needs are being met while helping develop their IT roadmap strategies. Communicating and collaborating with other internal team members. • Maintaining a record of calls, presentations, sales, and submitting accurate activity and results reports weekly, also managing sales opportunity progress through designated CRM.• Always having open communication with clients.• Developing and performing Executive Business Reviews (EBR) with contract clients.• Achieving and maintain vendor required sales certifications.• Continually improving communications techniques & fostering a high company image both internally and externally
