Accountable for the successful deployment of Hospedia’s medical and clinical platform to a number of government and private healthcare establishments worldwide. I have overseen the deployment of multiple large (circa 1000 bed hospitals) enterprise healthcare solutions within North America, EMEA and APAC which consists of managing and working alongside of a team of Integration and Deployment specialists. My role is to provide the competition of all worldwide based clinical deployments, integrations of both HL7 and patient media based services and product technical training to all support tier groups and customers. Roles and responsibilities include:• Management of a team of Integration and Deployment specialists overseeing the scope definition and implementation of Hospedia product solutions to all customers worldwide. • Technical on-boarding process of new channel partners and the provisioning of technical training presentations of all Hospedia product solutions to channel partners and system integrators.• Understanding customer requirements and mapping them to capabilities of the platform that either currently exists or can be tailored into the platform.• Participating during the sales process in the creation of sales strategy and tactics and to take ownership of the technical responsibilities during client opportunities, particularly during the Discovery & Solution and Proof of Concept stages of the sales cycle.• Working with the account teams and clients to build business cases that assist the customer in justifying an investment in Hospedia solutions.• Overseeing the implementation of both clinical and media based integrations such as bi-directional HL7, IPTV, VoIP/SIP, VOD, Clinical Access/SSO as part of the Hospedia solution with existing customer healthcare enterprises through the use of Integration Workshops and Network Discovery processes.

Reporting to the Research & Development Director, my primary role was to manage a team of architects in the design, development and implementation process of new technologies, both server and software based within the business infrastructure. The department’s goal was identifying where new technologies could save the company expenditure and to improve efficiency. Also to identify how internal projects could be implemented, liaising with internal stakeholders and third party suppliers.

Reporting to the Technical Director, my role was to manage a team of third line specialists supporting internal corporate systems whilst providing escalations for back office systems. The main responsibilities included the rollout and support of systems and software across the estate of 155 remote sites, including Servers, PABX, Routers, NAS and SQL Servers. Other responsibilities included software asset management, detailed reporting of system usage requested by Human Resources and RIPA reporting for government enforcement agencies.

• Provide Tier 3 support to the business across the UK, Holland, France and North America. Operating system software includes XP, 2000 Professional, 2000 and 2003 Server.• Administration of the companies Exchange 2003 system.• Responsible for the head office backups and restoration of data, server and exchange recoveries when required.• Deliver stable and reliable back-office, infrastructure and security systems• Administration of Active Directory and Corporate file storage systems.• Administration of Firewall/VPN policies and LAN switches• Liaising with network service provider to trouble shoot the MPLS WAN.• Administration of centralised systems for anti virus, patch management, software deployment.• Implement support process to minimise service down time and costs of repairs.
