ISEB Qualified in Service Management and having a number of years experience working within large corporations, with responsibilities for clients within a number of major sector businesses, such as government, public, charity and financial. Working with a user base ranging from 600 to in excess of 75,000 employees, which requires a broad range of interpersonal skills inclusive but not limited to, negotiation, empathy and confidentiality. With an extensive background in IT Management and Service Delivery in large enterprises of some (2500 + servers). Responsibilities for the identification, monitoring & delivery of services within the delivery teams to completion and initiating any necessary rectifications. Providing input into a number of bids working with collaborative partners and transition planning for new business whilst reviewing and documenting all major changes to projects affecting areas of responsibility.
