Managing staff and volunteers in the distribution of emergency food parcels for people at the point of crisis. Maintaining and developing relationships with churches, Trussell Trust, community groups, local authorities, businesses and media to support the project. Developing the project to help clients live sustainable lives without support from a foodbank. Managing and adapting the service to cope with the Covid pandemic and a threefold increase in demand for emergency food aid in the Southwark Borough.

Developed forest school learning by combining my scouting experience with outdoor lessons that inspired children to learn.

Developing a network of schools that would welcome the support of Spinnaker Trust in delivering RE lessons and assemblies. Going into those schools to take assemblies and teach in certain year groups.

My main role was to train Teaching Assistants in delivering a number of maths intervention programmes across the school. I also worked with families of children who were eligible for pupil premium support. I ran workshops to support the parents in helping their child with learning maths.

Class teacher and RE co-ordinator. For four consecutive years I organised and led the school journey, for the Year 5 students, to one of the Farms for City Children in Gloucestershire.

I developed a network of charities in Lambeth that agreed to take on young people for work experience. I managed a case-load of 30 young people and planned their training and work experience programme. I visited people who were long-term unemployed and worked with them to access employment or volunteering opportunities.
