Work in a high volume semiconductor wafer manufacturing plant, providing customer support for the 300mm Endura PVD toolset, having previously covered Centura 200mm HDP. My role comprises the installation, qualification, maintenance and repair of this sophisticated electro-mechanical and electronic wafer fabrication production system. As part of the job I work in a team environment to enhance the on-going operational performance of the tool, liasing with the customers engineering, maintenance, operator and facility staff on manufacturing efficiency and system optimization. Have experience working at customer sites across Europe, US, Middle East & Asia.

Worked in a busy engineering office responsible for quotation, design, electrical drawings and Bill of Materials for motor control panel assembly and production. My duties included liasing with customers & consultants to design & prepare electrical control system drawings using AutoCAD to meet the required specifications of the project, and then oversee it through production and testing to final delivery. I gained experience in building large form 4 control panels for water & sewage treatment plants, pumping stations, conveyor systems & timber mills comprising of Variable Speed Drives, Soft Starters, Star/Delta & DOL Starters & all associated switch gear, instrumentation, PLC equipment, building services and power factor correction.

Worked as part of a Technical Support team responsible for set-up, maintenance, calibration & troubleshooting on all machines associated with the disk duplication process. Equipment ranged from Trace 3020 & 8000 systems, autoloaders & disk drives all networked to NT servers storing master disk images to Zebra barcode label printers & scanners and AME diskette analysers. My duties also includeddealing with customers & suppliers, helping operators with any problems that occur and adhering to ISO 9000 Quality manual standards and procedures.
