As CEO, I provide leadership across the organisation, develop and build a high-performance team, contributing and encouraging a culture of teamwork and service delivery and oversee all operations and business activities to produce desired results consistent with strategy and vision. I play a key role in developing business strategies and plans to ensure that both short-term and long-term objectives are achieved. I served as Investigating Accountant for a public company listing on the ASX; Performed auditing on several existing businesses acquired for the listing, having a niche market in solar energy plant delivery. By collaboratively working with a member firm to assess audit quality across jurisdictions, I was able to finesse my cross -cultural communication and international business skills. During my time at DFK, I have worked with clients from several industries including manufacturing, wholesale, retail, financial and professional services, software, mining and not for profit organisations.

In this role, I successfully restructured the Group resulting in substantial cost savings and increased control of the business. I generated $500k+ foreign exchange income and was involved in the winding up of a subsidiary with total assets exceeding $18 million. I also developed Group budget/forecasting models, as well as developing cash flow, debtor status reports and financial reports.
