Fit for the Future Network is a solution-based network for organisations that want to reduce energy bills and better manage environmental impacts. Through sharing and collaboration, we enable practitioners to move forward with energy efficiency and generation projects.We won the Business Green Award in 2016 for best employee engagement programme.

Specialising in climate change (mitigation and adaption), energy efficiency, decentralised energy generation, policy development, behaviour change, forest related issues, social investment and financial models.My colleagues and I set up the Climate Change Collaboration, a collaboration of grant-giving trusts that proactively funds large-scale environmental programmes designed to bring about significant change. This programme is currently focusing on disinvestment from fossil fuels.

The Environmental Funders Network (EFN) is an informal network of trusts, foundations and individuals making grants on environmental and conservation issues. Our mission is to increase the overall level of financial support for environmental causes and to help environmental philanthropy to be as effective as it can be.

Taking overall responsibility for the management of a complex and dynamic organisation and Board. I led the organisation in the successful delivery of its 5 year strategic plan and more than doubled organisational resources in 4 years. I effectively developed relationships with key internal and external stakeholders driving significant political and policy change. I acted as the public face of the organisation to a wide range of audiences and significantly heightened its profile whilst at the same time increasing both LCC’s impact and appeal in London.
