Service Charges Identifying what services need to be provided.Understanding that the cheapest contractor is not always the most appropriate for the job and while it is important to keep costs down, it is critical that the quality is not impacted. Financial Planning by allocating funds in the service charge correctly and appropriately. Prioritising which works and contracts are necessary and which can wait. Prepare documentation and evidence for all insurance claims. Managing all utility contracts and ensuring that we are getting the best deals on electricity and gas. -
