As Director of Healthcare & Operations in this high performing organisation, it's my responsibility to work with past, current and future clients in all phases of projects, as well as overseeing the client care and successful delivery to ensure we achieve and exceed expectations while working with the wider leadership team to set business direction and objectives.

As a Senior Managing Consultant I am responsible for ensuring all projects are lead and delivered effectively by the healthcare team. This includes: •Working with the team continually to evolve and improve the consultancy services to drive change and deliver improved Company performance.•Supporting the development of future plans for sustainability and growth of the organisation. •Ensuring that Client projects are set up, managed and delivered according to Company procedural and quality standards through direct reports.•Working with Managing Consultants to ensure they strengthen Client relations to ensure strong partnerships are forged at all levels through each Consultant team.•Training and developing a versatile work force and skill base. •Supporting the client with project management and strategic support.

As Managing Consultant I was responsible for all client interaction and project management including: •A deep application of Lean and 6 Sigma and the philosophy of the Toyota Production System.•A problem solving approach and drive to develop innovative and sustainable solutions.•Achieving utilisation targets for teams and projects.•Supporting the development of sector specific and team targets. •Leading and deliver Lean programmes at client sites. •Supporting clients with project management and strategic support.•Working with the KM&T team to continually evolve and improve the consultancy service to drive change and deliver improved company performance through our Consultants.
