Spoke with constituents and helped file immigration forms and locate application statuses, filed requests with Citizenship and Immigration Services, wrote advocacy letters to foreign embassies, wrote correspondence letters to constituents, received constituent opinion calls, trained new interns, and re-organized filing system. Helped run a successful constituent services office, raised the stature and visibility of the Senator, and helped re-organize the office to run more efficiently.
