To also assist in the line management of a team of 10 internal engineers. • To be responsible for day to day commercial management of the contract and pricing/facilitating the pricing of out of scope works as required and be part of an out of hours/on call escalation rota. • Efficiency resource planning- Managing and using in house engineers efficiently to complete monthly PPM and reactive repair work; this involves looking at downtime such as travel and idle time. This assists in increasing margins and service delivery. • KPI reporting- Using KPI reports to assess the performance of the contract and ensure 100% KPI success to meet West Yorkshire Police’s contractual requirements. • Assisting with the budget preparation. This involves gathering and analysing figures for the Finance Manager. • Auditing quotes which go to the client, to ensure they represent the best value for both Babcock and the client. • Full control over WIP within the contract, ensuring there was no aged WIP and improving cash flow. This also includes preparing invoices each month. • Other duties include; Holiday management, providing HR information, manage staff workloads & processing supplier invoices.

Responsibilities included assisting in the preparation of the business annual budget.Management of the planned maintenance accross 60 sites.
